	purposes of said University.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said regents
	of the University of Maryland are hereby author-
	ized and empowered to sell or otherwise dispose of
	said lot and buildings, and to execute such deeds or	Execute

	SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That on the completion
	of any such sale or other disposition of said property,

	CHAPTER 139.
	AN ACT to repeal the forty-fourth section of article
	twenty-four of the Code of Public General Laws
	entitled " Conveyancing," sub-title " Bills of Sale,"
	and to re-enact the same with amendments.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section forty-four of article twenty-four of the Code of Public General Laws	Repealed and re-enacted.
