Whereas Cyntice Cannon, late of Dorchester

county, deceased, departed this life intestate, un-

married and without children, and without leaving
|
|
|
|
any brother or sister, or descendant of any brother
|

or sister, and entitled to the sum of one hundred

and twenty-four dollars and eighteen cents, under
|
|
|
|
the distribution made by the Orphans' Court for said

county, of the proceeds of the sale of the lands of
