CHAPTER 18.

AN ACT authorizing the Register of Wills for

Montgomery county to make a general index to

the last wills and testaments recorded in the Office

of the Register of Wills for Montgomery county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

pletion of the index hereinbefore provided for, and

phans' Court of Montgomery county, the County

Commissioners of said county may, on the presenta-

tion to them of such evidence as they may deem

sufficient of the approval and acceptance of said

index by the Orphans' Court as aforesaid, and the
