line to the store-house of John Jifford, on the Mid-

dletown turnpike, thence by and with a straight

line northeastwardly to the southwest coruer of the

German Reformed grave-yard, thence northwardly

by a straight line parallel to the western boundary

line of Bentz street till the northern boundary line

of Eight street prolonged westwardly is intersected,

thence eastwardly by and with the northern boun-

dary line of Eight street prolonged westwardly to

the place of begining ; and the said Mayor and Al-
dermen and Common Council of Frederick shall

ever which they were authorized to assess, levy and

collect within the taxable limits as existing before

the passage of this act.

In force
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall

|
|
|
take effect from the date of its passage.
