CHAPTER 129.

AN ACT to amend article twenty of Public Local
|
|
|
|
Laws, title " Talbot County," sub-title " Trappe,"
|
|
|
|
by adding additional sections thereto.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General As-
|
|
|
|
sembly of Maryland, That article twenty, of the
|
Article XX
|
|
|
Code of Public Local Laws, incorporating the town,
|
amended.
|
|
|
of Trappe, be and the same is hereby amended by
|
|
|
|
adding thereto the following additional sections :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 205. A. The said commissioners, or a major-
|
|
|
|
ity of them, are hereby empowered to pass all such
|

proper and thorough drainage thereof under such

SEC. 205. B. And be it enacted, That if any per-

son or persons shall violate any of the ordinances of
