	CHAPTER 129.
	AN ACT to amend article twenty of Public Local
	Laws, title " Talbot County," sub-title " Trappe,"
	by adding additional sections thereto.
	SECTION 1. And be it enacted by the General As-
	sembly of Maryland, That article twenty, of the	Article XX
	Code of Public Local Laws, incorporating the town,	amended.
	of Trappe, be and the same is hereby amended by
	adding thereto the following additional sections :
	SEC. 205. A. The said commissioners, or a major-
	ity of them, are hereby empowered to pass all such	Empowered
