	1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
	ryland, That the charter of the Frederick Town
	Savings Institution be extended from the expira-
	tion thereof, at the end of the session of the Gen-	Charter ex- tended.

	eral Assembly next after the year nineteen hundred.

	CHAPTER 17.
	AN ACT to authorize the Commissioners of the
	town of Salisbury, in Wicomico county, to appro-
	priate the sum of five hundred dollars out of the
	levy of eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, to de-
	fray the expense of purchasing a fire engine.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the Commissioners of the towa
	of Salisbury, in Wicomico county, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to expend the
	sum of five hundred dollars out of the levy of eigh- teen hundred and seventy-eight, for the purpose of	Appropria- tion.

	limits of said town.
	SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force.
