have been subscribed the said commissioners, or a

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said president

direct the manner of holding all subsequent elec-

tions for president and directors, which election shall

part thereof shall be chargeable with tolls; and pro-

vided further that so much of said tolls as may be

necessary shall be applied to keeping said road in
