CHAPTER 16.
AN ACT to provide for the further extension of the
charter of the Frederick Town Savings Institu-
tion, supplementary to an act passed at January
session, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter
one hundred and sixty-two, entitled " A further
supplement to an act entitled an act to incorporate
the Frederick Town Savings Institution," passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and twen-
ty-six, March the ninth, eighteen hundred and
twenty-seven, chapter one hundred and eighty-
nine ; repealing the first section thereof, and re-
enacting the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the first section of the act pas-
sed by the General Assembly at the January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, chapter one hun-
dred and sixty-two, entitled " A further supplement
to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Freder-
