AN ACT to create a new election district in Mont-

gomery county, to be known as Mechanicville
|
|
|
|
district, number eight, or the eighth election dis-
|
|
|
|
trict of Montgomery county.

|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
of Maryland, That a new election district be formed
|
|
|
|
and laid out in Montgomery county, composed of
|
|
|
|
portions of the first and fifth election districts of
|
|
|
|
said county, to be known as Mechanicsville district,
number eight, or the eighth election district of Mont-
