CHAPTER 109.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact sections three and
|
|
|
|
|
four of an act passed by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, at its January session, eighteen hun-
|
|
|
|
|
dred and seventy-six, entitled " An Act to incor-
|
|
|
|
|
porate the purchasers of the Queen Anne's and
|
|
|
|
|
Kent Railroad," and to further amend said act of
|
|
|
|
|
assembly by adding an additional section thereto.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
|
|
|
Repealed
|
of Maryland, That sections three and four of chapter
one hundred and seventy-five of the act passed at the
|
|
|
|
and re-en-
acted.
|
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
as aforesaid, be and the same are hereby repealed
|
|
|
|
|
and re-enacted, so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
SEO. 3. And be it enacted, That the president,
|
|
|
|
