21. The surveyor of Garrett county shall be enti-

tled to charge and receive for his individual services

in the performance of such duties, and when the

22. The commissioners of said county shall levy

annually to the crier of the Circuit Court for said

county, two dollars per day for his services as such

DEER.

23. No person shall kill or destroy or try to kill
