	CIRCUIT COURTS.
	9. There shall be two jury and two non-jury reg-
	ular common law terms of the Circuit Court for Gar-
	rett county, to be held at Oakland. The two jury
	terms shall commence on the first Monday of May
	and the second Monday of September in each year, and the two non-jury terms shall commence on the	Terms of Circuit Court.
