CIRCUIT COURTS.

9. There shall be two jury and two non-jury reg-
|

ular common law terms of the Circuit Court for Gar-
|
|
|
|
rett county, to be held at Oakland. The two jury
|
|
|
|
terms shall commence on the first Monday of May
|
|
|
|
and the second Monday of September in each year,
and the two non-jury terms shall commence on the
|
