CHAPTER 105.

AN ACT granting the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the gift, devise and be-

quest in the last Will of Sarah Heller, late of

Washington county, deceased, to the German Re-

formed Church of Clearspring, Washington county,

Maryland.

Whereas Sarah Heller, late of Washington coun-

ty, deceased, by her last will and testament, bearing

date the fourteenth day of March, in the year eigh-

teen hundred and seventy-four, and duly admitted to

probate and recorded in the office of the Register

of Wills of Washington county, did give, bequeath
and devise to Rev. W. Goodrich, S. M. Reitzell, S.

Preamble.

Seibert, John Cook, G. P. Krouse and Hewit Kroh,

"then comprising " the consistory of the German

Reformed Church of Clearspring, Washington coun-

ty, Maryland, and their successors in office, in trust

for the German Reformed Church of. Clearspring,

Washington county, Maryland, the sum of three

hundred dollars, " therefore,"

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sanction of the General' As-

en and declared to the above mentioned gift, bequest

and devise of the said Sarah Heller, deceased.
