CHAPTER 106.

AN ACT to repeal sections twenty-seven, twenty-
eight, twenty-nine, thirty, thirty-one, thirty-two,
thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five and thirty-six
of article fifty-six of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled " Licenses," sub-title " Foreign Cor-
porations and Companies," and the amendments
thereto made by chapter three hundred and eighty-
eight of the acts of the General Assembly, passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and seven-
ty-two, chapter four hundred of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly, passed at the January session, eigh-
teen hundred and seventy-four, and chapter two
hundred and forty-eight of the Acts of the General
Assembly, passed at the January session, eighteen
hundred and seventy-six; and to repeal section
one hundred and five of article twenty-six of the
Code of Public General Laws, title " Corpora-
tions," sub-title "Insurance Companies," and the
amendments made thereto by chapter nine of the
Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four;
and to re-enact said sections twenty-seven, twenty-
eight, twenty-nine, thirty, thirty-one, thirty-two,
thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five and thirty-six
of said article fifty-six of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Foreign
Corporations and Companies;" and also to re-en-
act section one hundred and five of said article
twenty-six of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance Compa-
nies," with amendments.
