CHAPTER 94.

AN ACT to revive the Magnetic Telegraph Com-

pany, by amending the seventeenth section of the

act of December session, eighteen hundred and

forty-six, chapter thirty-nine, entitled "An Act to

incorporate the Magnetic Telegraph Company,"

and by re-enacting said section as amended.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, That the seventeenth section of

that its said act of incorporation shall be deemed
and taken to continue in existence for another pe-
riod of thirty years, accounting from the first day of

February, in the year eighteen hundred and seven-

ty-seven.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal section two hundred and ninety-

six and sub-section one, of the Public Local Laws
