	CHAPTER 93.
	AN ACT to revive the Western Telegraph Com-
	pany by amending the seventeenth section of the
	act of December session, eighteen hundred and
	forty-six, chapter thirty-nine, entitled "An Act to
	incorporate the Magnetic Telegraph Company,"
	and by re-enacting said section as amended.
	SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
	of Maryland, That the seventeenth section of the
	act of December session, eighteen hundred and forty- six, chapter thirty-nine, entitled " An act to incor-	Act amended and re-enact- ed.

	the same is amended and re-enacted, so that the same
	shall read as follows :
