The report of the Committee on Conference on the
disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the subject of
adjournment respectfully reports, that after consulta-
tion, they recommend that when the two Houses ad-
journ to day, they stand adjourned until Tuesday
next, at 8 P. M.

Mr. Carter, from the Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add two additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," to follow
section 231, to be known as "Sections 231 A and
231 B,"
Also favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 116, of
Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
" Elections, Senators, Representatives " sub-title
"United States Senators."
Also favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 230, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Obstructing Railroads," sub title "Railroads Ob-
structing,'' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2,
chapter 95, of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland of
1858, entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland
