Also, a petition from Seth & Company, John G.
Korb and 25 others, asking for an Act to enable the
County Commissioners of Talbot county to build a
public road from Stewart's Island to the town of
Oxford.
Which was read, and referred to the Talbot County
Delegation.
LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Sanders,
Leave was granted to the Harford County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new
section to Article 13, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford County," sub title "Havre-de-
Grace."
On motion of Air. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Talbot county to build a
road from the town of Oxford to Vancouver's Island,
in said county.
On motion of Mr. Frincke,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend and change
the boundary lines of the ninth and fifteenth wards of
the city of Baltimore, as now defined by an ordinance
of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum
of money to pay the claim of John M. Lauderman, etc.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend the char-
ter of the Easton, Trappe and Cambridge Railroad
Company, and to extend and enlarge the privileges
and powers of said company.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable and au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Talbot county to
subscribe to the capital stock of the Easton, Trappe
and Cambridge Railroad Company.
