HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
March 22d, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly were
presented to the Governor for his approval this day
at 10.15 o'clock, A. M.:
Chapter 170. An Act to authorize and direct the
Sheriff, Justices of the Peace and other officers of Cal-
vert county to pay over to the Treasurer of said
county all moneys for fines, &c.
Chapter 171. An Act to extend the privileges, en-
large the powers and amend the charter of the Salis-
bury Permanent Building and Loan Association of
Wicomico county, a corporation duly incorporated
under the General Laws of this State.

PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Collins presented a petition from George M..
Jenkins, Alfred Kemp, Jas. S. Chaplain and 90 other
taxpayers, asking for the passage of an Act submit-
ting the question of the county subscribing fifteen
thousand dollars to the capital stock of the Eastern,
Trappe and Cambridge Railroad Company.
Which was read, and referred to the Talbot County
Delegation.
