PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Bryan presented a petition from Wm. McKenuy
and 125 other citizens of Queen Anne's county, against
the passage of an Act authorizing the erection of
wharves at the public landings in said county.
Which was read, and referred to the Queen Anne's
County Delegation.
Mr. Strong presented a petition from Wm. B. Usil-
ton and 94 other citizens of Kent county, against a
law governing suits before a Justice of the Peace.
Which was read, and referred to the Kent County
Delegation.
