Chapter 173. An Act supplementary to an Act en-
titled an Act to incorporate the Sisters of Charity of
St. Joseph's, in Frederick county, passed December
Session, of the General Assembly of Maryland, in
1816, chapter 95.
Chapter 174. An Act to cede to the United States
jurisdiction over certain lands at or near the Aritietamt
battle field.
Chapter 175. An Act to regulate the county print-
ing and publishing in Baltimore county and to provide
for having the same done by contract.
Chapter 176. An Act to repeal and re enact with
amendments section 123, of Article 22, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-
title "Election Districts."
Chapter 177. An Act to repeal section 16, of chapter
334, passed January Session, 1890, titled an Act to
regulate sale and granting of licenses for sale of
spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore
county.
Chapter 178. An Act to add a section to the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington County,'
sub-title "County Commissioners," to be known as
"Section 117 A."
Chapter 179. An Act to legalize and make valid two
books entitled "Plats No. 1" and "Plats No. 2,"
respectively, in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court
of Baltimore county.
Chapter 180. An Act to amend an Act entitled an
Act incorporating the Baltimore College of Dental Sur-
gery, passed February 1st, 1840, chapter 155, as
amended by an Act passed 1870, chapter 149.
Chapter 181. An Act to provide for an additional
Justice of the Peace in the Third Election District of
Harford county.
