HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
The following Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates,
were presented to the Governor for his approval on
Saturday, March, 19th, 1892, at 11.30 o'clock, A. M. :
Chapter 150. An Act to repeal section 650, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Liquor and
Intoxicating Drinks."
Chapter 164. An Act to add sections to Article 7,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Carroll
County," sub-title "Roads," to be designated 139,
140, 141, 142, 143 and 144.
Chapter 166. An Act to repeal sections 1, 10, 20 and
33, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Almshouse,"
and to re-enact with amendments said sections 1 and
10.
Chapter 167. An Act requiring the Comptroller to
issue his warrant upon the Treasury for sums with-
held from Garrett county, owing to not having been
able to keep open the county schools seven and one-
half months in each year.
Chapter 168. An Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Talbot county to direct the
Sheriff of said county to employ all male persons
physically able to perform manuel labor, who may be
incarcerated in the jail of said county.
Chapter 169. An Act to add a section to Arti-
cle 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub-title "Wills," to follow
section 311, and to be known as "Section 311 A."
