Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to declare the sanc-
tion and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to certain bequests and devises contained in the
last will and testament of Barbara M. Beall, late of
Anne Arundel county, deceased.
Also, by Mr. Brashears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to declare the sanc-
tion and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to certain bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Thomas S. Beall, late of Anne Arundel
county, deceased.
On motion of Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
116 B, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
"County Treasurer."
On motion of Mr. Orrick,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the Treasurer of Baltimore county to give bond with
corporate security and to charge the cost thereof
among the expenses of his office.
On motion of Mr. Haines,
Leave was granted to the Carroll Delegation to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 8, of
Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County," sub-title "Birds and Game," and
re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Hutchins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
and empower the Board of Public Works to build and
equip a suitable sailing vessel, to be assigned to guard
the waters of the 3d Division of the 6th Oyster Dis-
