LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Kirk,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Elkton Electric Light Power Company.
On motion of Mr. Monmonier,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal chap-
ter 100, Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
January Session, 1890, entitled an Act to authorize
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to license
and regulate the sale of fresh fruits, vegetables and
other perishable articles in the streets of Baltimore
city.
Also, by Mr. Monmonier,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give and grant
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the grant and conveyance of a lot of
ground now used for cemetery purposes by Henry B.
Chew and others, to the Most Reverend James Gib-
bons, Archbishop of Baltimore.
On motion of Mr. Brashears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum
of money to pay Louis H. Rehn the sum of one hun-
dred and twenty-two dollars and seventy-five cents,
($122.75), for commissions on money collected by him
