934 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 21,
House bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Calvert County," under the sub-title "County Com-
missioners," regulating the term of office of the
County Commissioners of said county, to be desig-
agated as "Sections 46 A and 46 B."
House bill entitled an Art to allow the sale of to-
bacco, cigars, soda or mineral waters, ice or medicines
and medicinal remedies on the Sabbath day, commonly
tailed Sunday, in the city of Baltimore.
Were severally read a second time, and ordered en-
grossed ror a third reading.
BILLS-THIRD READING.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 653 D, of Article 4, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," Acts of
1890 chapter 343.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :

Wilson, Brashears, Donaldson, Sappington, of Anne
Arundel, Orrick, Cole, Elliott, Hamilton, Jr.,

Perrie, Wallen, Franklin, Wilkinson, Hayman, Mc-

Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

ing which passenger cars may be heated by stoves.
