journal, (two hundred of said copies to be bound in
pamphlet form,) the number of pages to be about
twenty, and the cost thirty-two dollars.
The question being upon the motion to reconsider,
it was decided in the negative.
Mr. Collins submitted the following
JOINT RESOLUTION.
Requesting the Governor to issue a commission to
Hon. Charles H. Gibson, as Senator from this State
to fill the unexpired term of Hon. Ephraim K. Wil-
son, deceased.
Which was read first time and referred to Com-
mittee on Federal Relations.
On motion of Mr. Laird the House at 1.30 P. M.
adjourned.
