PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Bryan presented a petition from Jas. H. Dodd
for the passage of an Act to grant the citizens of the
5th Election District of Queen Anne's county to vote
upon local option in said county.
Which was read, and referred to the Queen Anne's
County Delegation.
Also, presented a petition of John H. Ogman and
160 other citizens of Queen Anne's county, for an Act
to allow the County Commissioners, or any quiet citi-
zen, or corporate body, to build wharves for public
use at any of the public landings on Chester river or
its tributaries, within the limits of Queen Anne's
county.
Which was read, and referred to the Queen Anne's
County Delegation.
