Property Maliciously," as enacted by the Act of 1890
chapter 498.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled an Act to protect members of
beneficiary and aid societies, associations or corpora-
tions.
Which was adopted.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Frederick,
Maryland, to sell and convey certain real estate in
Frederick city,
Which was read a first time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 247, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub title "Sabbath Break-
ing," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably, with proposed amendment,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 30, of
Article 29, of the Code of Public General Laws of this
State, sub title "Court of Appeals," respecting dis-
qualification of Judges and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Collins, from the Committee on Agriculture, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and amend sec-
tion 49, of Article 25, of the Code of Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland, sub-title "Draining
Land."
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
