Requesting and urging the Senators and Represen-
tatives of the State of Maryland, in the Congress of
the United States, to use their best efforts to secrare
the passage of Senate bill, No. 67, entitled a bill to
transfer the Revenue Marine Service from the Treas-
ury Department of the United States to the Naval
Department.
