Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
bequest of Jon T. De Sellum, late of Montgomery
county, to the trustees of the Theological Seminary
of the Presbyterian Church at Princeton, New Jersey.
On motion of Mr. Fockler,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Washington county to
issue bonds for building a school house in Cavetown.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 127, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Fences,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Smith, of Washington,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act authorizing
the transcribing of certain indexes of the records and
will books in the office of the Register of Wills of
Washington county, Maryland.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 159, chapter 36, of the Acts of 1892, and to re-
enact the same.
On motion of Mr. Tracey,
Leave was granted to the Howard County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act, title "How-
ard County," sub-title "County Commissioners and
County Collectors."
On motion of Mr. Haines,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
and empower the Mayor and Common Council of
Westminster to purchase water-works for said city.
