chester, Miles, Beeks, Bowie, of Prince George's,
Hill, Perrie, McSherry, Gaver, Grove, of Frederick,
Sappington, of Frederick, Bevard, Hayward, Deen,
Thompson, Fuld, Walz, Fox,Carter, Field, Bowie, of
Baltimore city, O'Conor, Gill, Sams, Sanders, Frincke,
Carr, Cornthwaite, Joyce, Smith, of Washington,

So the proposed amendment was rejected.
Mr. Collins submitted the following proposed amend-
ment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add at the end of section 35 the following: "And
that this Act shall not be construed to repeal any Act
passed at this present session of the General Assembly.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Strong submitted the following proposed amend-
ment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Provided the Board of Control and Review for Kent
and Somerset, St. Mary's, Caroline, Charles and Cal-
vert counties, shall not sit more than two days in each
week from the first Tuesday in September, to the 31st
day of December, 1892.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Bryan submitted the following proposed amend-
ment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In line 97, section 4, after the word "district," add
"for which there shall be appointed two assessors at
large and also one assessor for each Election District
in said county, each of which said District Assessors,
but only for the district in which he shall be appointed
shall join an act with the said two assessor's at large
for said county, in assessing all property herein re-
quired to be assessed in the Election District only for
which he shall be so appointed.
Which was adopted.
