House bill entitled an Act to incorporate East Bal-
timore city, in Baltimore county.
Mr. Fitzgerald, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 655, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Loca1 Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Mr. McSherry, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to enlarge and define the
taxable limits of Frederick city, and to establish cer-
tain avenues, streets and the boulevard as at present
located, to fix the grade and macadamize the same, to
provide water facilities in the northwestern addition
to Frederick.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 81, Ar-
ticle 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers," and to re enact the same with amendments
Mr. Moore, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably, '
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 15, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners."
Mr. Strong, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the deposit
of money in the hands of public officers of Kent
county, in the National Banks at Chestertown.
Which were severally read a first time.
Mr. Green, from a Select Committee reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections
of Article 20, of the Code oC Public Local Laws, being
the Local C6de for Somerset county, sub-title
"County Commissioners," and sub-title "Revenue
and Taxes," and to enact other sections in lieu
thereof, respecting the term of office and powers of
the County Commissioners.
