House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 63, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Mechanics' Lien," and to be designated as '"Sec-
tion 22 A."
Mr. O'Conor moved to substitute the bill for the un-
favorable report, and make that motion the Order of
the Day for Friday, March 18th, at 12.30 P. M.
