Perrie, Bryan, Franklin, McSherry, Gaver,
Grove, of Frederick, Sappington, of Frederick, Bevard

NEGATIVE—Messrs. Combs, Garner, Brashears, Miles,

Said resolution was then sent to the Senate.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6, of
Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Clerks of Courts," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was adopted.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 63, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Mechanics' Lien," and to be designated as '"Sec-
tion 22 A."
Mr. O'Conor moved to substitute the bill for the un-
favorable report, and make that motion the Order of
the Day for Friday, March 18th, at 12.30 P. M.
Which motion prevailed.
REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Franklin, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,'
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 156
and 169, of Article 24, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title ''Ocean
