Article 65, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Militia," and to re enact the same with amendments.

House bill entitled an Act to re-imburse money
erroneously paid into the State Treasury by St. Vin-
cent De Paul Perpetual Building and Loan Associa-
tion of Baltimore city.

Mr. Fitzgerald introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1,2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7 and S, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ''Public Printer," and to enact the following sec-
tions in lieu thereof.

Committee on Printing.
Mr. Haslup introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Columbia and Maryland Railway, a corporation
formed under Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of this State, title "Corporations," sub title
"Railroad Companies."

Committee on Corporations.
Mr. Combs introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 160, of Article 27, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Pun-
