Being upon its third reading and final passage,
On motion of Mr. Sellman,
The House resolved itself into
A COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE HOUSE,
to consider said bill.
The Speaker called Mr. Wilkinson to the Chair,
When said bill was considered.
Mr. Haines submitted the following proposed
amendment:

Section 8. After the words "sums of," strike out
the word "one," and insert the word "two."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Berret submitted the following proposed amend-
ment :
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out after the word "county," in line 3, sec-
tion 21, the following words : "And chapter 208, Laws
of 1890," except that part which applies to Uniontown
District.
Which was adopted.
