orably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wicomico and
Worcester Counties," sub-title "Birds and Game,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.
Mr. Beeks, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace in the
First Election District of Cecil county.
Mr. Sellman reported favorably, from Select Com-
mittee,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comp-
troller to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay
to the Westminster Water Company 837.52, being
State taxes erroneously paid the Treasurer of Carroll
county, and by him paid into the Treasury of the
State.
Mr. Bittinger reported favorably, from Select
Committee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to change a portion of
the dividing line between the 3rd and 12th Election
Districts of Garrett county.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 167 to
195, inclusive, of Article 12, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County," sub-
title "Oakland," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,' and to add an additional section thereto to be
numbered section 195.
Mr. Lane, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the purchase
and sale of certain products in Calvert county.
Mr. Gaver, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of St. Mary's county to levy upon the
taxable property 6f said county, a sum of money
sufficient for the erection of a school house for white
children in the 4th district of said county.
