On motion, proposed amendments non-concurred in.
Mr. Fitzgerald submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 14th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to the House bill
entitled an Act to repeal section 810, of Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ''City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Streets, Bridges and Highways,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
recede from said amendments, and herewith return
said bill.

CARLTON SHARER,
Chief Clerk.
Which was read, assented to, and sent to the
Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 367 of
Article 4, of the Cole of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Harbor, Docks and
Wharves," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Endorsed : Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays, with proposed amendments,
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out all after the word "city," in line 7, of
section 1, and strike out in 8th line of said section I
the following words: "the public wharfs within the
said city."
On motion of Mr. Fitzgerald,
Proposed amendment non-concurred in.
