shall be composed of the fourth, fifth, sixth and
seventh districts of said county."

Amend by inserting "4," in line 92, section 4, in-
stead of "3."
Strike out all after the word "first," in line 93, sec-
tion 4, and insert "tenth and fourteenth."
Strike out all after the words "if the," in line 94,
section 4, and insert "of the second, thirteenth and
seventh."
Strike out all after the words "if the," in line 96,
section 4, and insert "of the third, sixth, fourth and
ninth."
And insert after "ninth," in line 96, section 4, the
following: "The fourth shall be composed of the fifth,
the eighth, the eleventh and twelfth election districts
of said county,"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 4, page 9, line 68, strike out all after the
word "county," down to the word "Garrett," in line
76, and insert the following in lieu thereof:
"Frederick county shall be divided into eight assess-
ment districts. The First District shall be composed
of Election District No. 2, of said county ; the Second
District shall be composed of Election Districts Nos.
3 and 12, of said county; the Third District shall be
composed of Election Districts Nos. 9, 13 and 18, of
said county; the Fourth District shall be composed of
