Election Districts Nos. 8, 11 and 19, of said county ;
the Fifth District shall be composed of Election Dis-
tricts Nos. 5, 4 and 17, of said county ; the Sixth Dis-
trict shall be composed of Election Districts Nos. 7, 1
and 14, of said county; the Seventh District shall be
composed of Election Districts Nos. 15, 20 and 21, of
said county; the 8th District shall be composed of
Election Districts Nos. 10, 16 and 6, of said county.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Grove, of Cecil, submitted the following pro-
posed amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 4, strike out provision with reference to
Cecil county, and insert in lieu thereof:
"Cecil county shall constitute one assessment dis-
trict, in which there shall be appointed two assessors-
at-large, and also one assessor in each Election Dis-
trict in said county, each of which said Distiict As-
sessors, but only for the District in which he shall be
appointed, shall give and act with at least one of the
said two .Assessors at-Large for s&id county in assess-
ing all the property herein required to be assessed in
the Election District only for which he snail be so
appointed."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Fockler submitted the following proposed
amendments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
1. Amend section 4, by inserting after the words
"divide into," in line 106, the word "eight."
2. Amend by inserting after the words "composed
of," in line 107, "the fourth, fifth and fifteenth."
3. Amend by inserting after the Words "composed
of," in line 109, "section thirteen and twenty-third."
4. Amend by inserting after the word "composed
of," in line 110, "the third and twenty-first."
5. Amend by inserting after the words "composed
of, " in line 112 "the seventeenth and twenty-second."
6. Amend by inserting after the words "election.
district," inline 113, "the fifth shall be composed oi
the seventh, the ninth, the fourteenth and the eigh-
teenth."
