ment of the expenses incurred.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act granting the
assent of the General Assembly of Maryland to a be-
quest contained in the last will and testament of
Michael Williams, late of the city of Baltimore, de-
ceased, to the Metropolitan Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Lane,
Leave was granted to the Calvert County Delegation
and Mr. Combs to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
regulate the purchase and sale of certain products in
Calvert county, titled "Huckstering."
On motion Mr. Orrick,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to prevent the
sale of fermented or spirituous liquors or lager beer
within a radius of one mile and a half from the sta-
tion of the Northern Central Railway at Moakton, in
Baltimore cocnty.
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne and Kent
County Delegations to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 212, of Article 18, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Queen Anne's County,"
sub-title "Oysters," as re-enacted with amendments
by the Acts of the General Assembly of 1890, chapter
333.
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Frederick County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the town of Walkersville, in Frederick county, Mary-
land.
On motion of Mr, Hayward,
Leave was granted to the Harford County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tions 59, 61, and 63, of Article 13, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub title
"County Commissioners," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
