Ordered, That speeches during the debate upon
House Bill No. 41, shall be limited to ten minutes.
JOINT RESOLUTION.
Mr. Thompson introduced,
Joint Resolution authorizing the Attorney-General
to employ counsel to assist him in the defence of Wm.
March, a citizen of Maryland, now held by the
authorities of Virginia for alleged violation of the
oyster laws of said State of Virginia.
Which was read, and referred to the Judiciary Com-
mittee.
