Mr, Collins introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 6, of
Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Clerks of Courts," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Commit tec on the Judiciary.
Mr. Miles introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to regulate the taking of
oysters in certain waters of the State.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
Mr. Brashears introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified
voters of any county election district in any county
or ward in any incorporated town or city wherein the
sale of alcoholic or intoxicating liquors for beverages
is not prohibited by law, to determine whether said
liquors may be sold therein.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Temperance.
Mr. Leeds introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 8, of Article 56, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title
"Billiards."

the City Savings Bank of Baltimore city, formerly the

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws,
volume 2, and to re-enact the same with amend-
