ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Bryan, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Godwin be excused for non at-
tendance on Tuesday's session, on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Wooters, it was
Ordered, That the folding of all documents for the
use of members of this House shall be performed in
the folding room by the folders, and names of docu-
ments be marked on outside of wrappers.
On motion of Mr. Young, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Buckey be excused from this
week's sessions, on account of sickness in his family.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Joyce,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend the char-
ter of the City Savings Bank of Baltimore city, for-
merly the Peabody Savings Institution of Baltimore
city, in respect to its directors, and to amend the
powers of said corporation.
On motion of Mr. Leeds,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re enact with amendment sections 8, of Article 56, of
Code of Public General Laws, title "License," sub-
title "Billiards."
On motion of Mr. Brashears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Temperance
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable the quali-
fied voters of any County Election District in any
county, or ward in any incorporated town or city
wherein the sale of alcoholic or intoxicating liquors
for beverages is not prohibited by law, to determine
whether same liquors may be sold therein.
On motion of Mr. Miles,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Chesa-
peake Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill en-
titled an Act to regulate the taking of oysters in cer-
tain waters of this State.
