UNIFINISHED BUSINESS.
The House considered unfinished business, being
House bill entitled an Act to provide for the general
valuation and assessment of property in this State.
On motion of Mr. Berret,
Farther consideration postponed until the conclu-
sion of the reading of the House Journal, to-morrow,
March 10th.
PETITIONS, MEMORIALS, AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Grove, of Frederick, presented a petition from
H. Clay Stauffer and 331 other citizens of Frederick
county, asking that so much of the Acts of 1884, chap-
ter 74, of Article 2, sections 291 and 292, title "Law
Library," be repealed.
Which was read, and referred to the Frederick
County Delegation.
