able property of said county to redeem said bonds or
bills obligatory, and to pay the interest thereon.
Chapter 83. An Act to repeal section 37, of Article
19, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Comp-
troller," and to re-enact the same with an amendment.
Chapter 84 An Act to repeal chapter 268, Act of
1876, to authorize George L. Michaels to erect wo
gates on the public road leading through the farm of
the said Michaels.
Chapter 85. An Act to repeal section 52, of Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes
and Punishments," sub title "Destroying Property
Maliciously," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Chapter 86. An Act tt) repeal chapter 476, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1890,
entitled an Act for the better protection offish, crabs,
oysters and terrapins in the waters of Talbot county,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 87. An Act to incorporate the Home for the
Aged of Frederick city.
Chapter 88. An Act to repeal section 165, of Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Crimes and Punishments," and re-enact the same
with amendments.
Chapter 89. An Act to appropriate two hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to re
pair and put in good condition the State Hay and
Cattle Scales at Havre de Grace.
Chapter 90, An Act to repeal section 657, of Article
4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore,"
sub-title "Licenses," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Chapter 91. An Act to repeal section 2, of Article
36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fees of
Officers," and to re enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 92. An Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay Thomas and Evans for furnishing copies and
extracts of the election laws under sections 138 and
160, chapter 538, of the Acts of 1890.
