them to the Pages, who shall then distribute them as
required by the Rules, by placing a copy of the
Journal on a file for each member ; that the said
Folders shall fold and wrap at least six copies of the
Journal of each day's proceedings and place the same
upon the desk of each member ; and that the pay of
the said Folders and Pages cease until this order si
carried into effect.
Mr. Carter submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That 500 copies of the Governor's Message
be printed in pamphlet form for the use of the mem-
bers of the House of Delegates, the cost of the same
not to exceed seventy-five dollars.
Which was considered, and on motion, referred to
the Committee on Printing.
Mr. Gaver submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That 500 copies of the Inaugural Address
of Governor Frank Brown be printed, for the use of
the members of the House of Delegates, and not to
cost over $18.00.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Joyce,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections
274 to 297 inclusive, of Article 4, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Primary Elections," and to re-enact in lieu
thereof the following sections, to become sections 294
to 298 inclusive of said Article, under said sub-title
of "Primary Elections."
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to appro-
priate to the support of the system of free public
schools, the sum of money received into the Treasury
of the State of Maryland, under the provisions of an
Act of the Congress of the United States, approved
