Mr. Fitzgerald, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, an Act entitled "An Act to
authoiize the Mayor und City Council of Baltimore
city to make manual appropriations for the benefit of
the "Maryland Industrial School for Girls," now called
the "Female House of Refuge," passed al the session
of 1880.
Also, favorably from a Select Committee,
House bill entitled an Act empowering the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to acquire certain
lands in the city of Baltimore, for the purpose of ex-
tending Eutaw Square from Dolphin to Biddle street.
Mr. Moore, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 7 and 8,
of Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
titled "Worcester and Wicomico Counties," sub-title
"Birds and Game," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
