Mr. McSherry, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to prohibit drunkenness
and disorderly conduct, in Liberty District, Frederick
county, Maryland.
Which were severally read a first time.
BILLS—THIRD READING.
House bill entitled an Act to amend section 27, of
Article 65, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Militia," being on its third reading and final passage.
The House,
On motion of Mr. Field,
Resolved itself into a
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE HOUSE
to reconsider said bill.
The Speaker called Mr. Gallagher to the chair,
When said bill was considered.
Mr. Field submitted the following proposed amend-
ment.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Insert after the words "Prince George's county,"
the words, "A company to be. formed in Havre-de-
Grace, in Harford county."
Which was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Field,
The Committee then rose.
The Speaker resumed the Chair.
Mr. Gallagher, as Chairman of the Whole House,
reported the said bill with proposed amendment, with
recommendation that it be adopted and bill passed.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Insert after the words "Prince George's county,'

Grace, in Harford county."
On motion of Mr. Field,
The same was adopted, and
