House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 288, of Article 10, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester Coun-
ty," sub-title "State's Attorneys."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 236, of
Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, relating to the city of Westminster,
in Carroll county, as a mended by section 236, chapter
292, of the Acts of 1890, and to re enact the same in an
amended form.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 115, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add a new section to said Article to follow sec-
tion 123, to be designated as "Section 123 A."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 3, of
Article 9, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Charles' County," sub-title "Almshouse," and re-
enact the same with amendments, to regulate the ap-
pointment of Trustees of the Poor in said county.
House bill entitled an Act to add an addditional
section to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Talbot County," sub-title "State's At-
torneys."
House bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified
voters of District No. 13, in Frederick county, to
determine by ballot whether spirituous or fermented
liquors shall be sold in said district.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to levy Special assess-
ments upon property binding on any street, lane or
alley, and which may have been graded, paved or
curbed.
