LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Strong,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 212, of Article 18, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Queen Anne's County,"
sub-title "Oysters," as re-enacted with amendments
by the Acts of the General Assembly, of 1890, chap-
ter 333.
On motion of Mr. Hamilton,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to protect
brook trout in Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to sanction the
bequest of John Young, of C., to the Evangelical
Lutheran Church, of Frederick, of the residue of the
testator's estate, to be applied to the Evangelical
Lutheran Sunday School, at Frederick city, Frederick
county, Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give the sanction
and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland to
certain charitable bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Sarah Jane Filch, deceased, late of
Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Sellman,
Leave was granted to the Carroll County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act authorizing
and directing the County Commissioners of Carroll
county to refund to the Westminster Water Company
taxes improperly paid by said company.
On motion of Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add
an additional section to Article 17, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince George's County,"
to be known as "Section 332."
